Transforming EVAR into a First-Time-Right solution

AneuFix makes it last

TripleMed’s AneuFix polymer is designed to transform EVAR, turning it into a first-time-right procedure, by preventing the occurrence of type II endoleaks and continued aneurysm sac growth.

Integrated polymer dispensing system

AneuFix polymer is provided as two components in a side-by-side syringe arrangement. A static mixer that needs to be connected to the syringe is provided with each syringe, to assure that the two components of AneuFix are homogeneously mixed before being injected into the body. A dedicated single patient use dispenser is supplied separately.

Technology: Precision filling for lasting stability

The carefully timed curing process ensures that while the procedure is thorough, the patient’s time on the operating table is minimized. Once cured, the polymer forms a flexible, in-situ implant that conforms perfectly to the void and its irregularities.

It is thus designed to seal inflow and outflow vessels at critical points, creating a durable, elastic barrier. With over 100% elasticity and durability from advanced siloxane additives, the implant adapts seamlessly to any potential movement of the EVAR endograft or aneurysm sac without compromising stability.

A Breakthrough in aneurysm treatment: precision, control, and visibility

AneuFix is a cutting-edge 2-component siloxane polymer uniquely designed for the treatment of aortic aneurysms. Its proprietary additives allow the material to exhibit high viscosity at rest (like peanut butter) and low viscosity during injection (like olive oil). This ensures controlled delivery through thin catheters and rapid recovery to prevent displacement or embolization.

Enhanced with sub-micron tantalum particles, AneuFix offers good radiopacity, ensuring precise visibility and consistent performance. The amount of tantalum is also minimized to limit scattering under CT. This innovative composition requires no shaking before use and provides unmatched control for endoleak repairs and aneurysm treatments.
